How to use –
- Dip 1-2 tsf of arjuna powder in water overnight. Boil it in morning and then consume.

- Arjun ksheer pak – It is mentioned in ancient texts. Boil the 1part arjuna powder in 4 parts of milk. Also add 16 parts of water. Boil the mixture till it remains ¼ th of the quantity.
