Enhancing immunity at spiritual level 
  • Establish a regular habit of sitting in a special, quiet place each day. Analyze yourself.
  • Aachaar Rasayanas - As mentioned in Ayurveda, it is our good behavior which enhances the immunity in our body. For example - Truth, love, devotion, helping nature, non violence and peaceful mind accelerates the positivity in the body and enhances the feeling of well being.
  • Devotion or bhakti yoga or unconditional faith in God enhances a flow of positive energy in individuals and re- energies the body.
  • Avoid negative emotions like excess grief, anger, envy and jealousy as it can lead to depletion of energy and immunity.
  • Control over Senses – Lots of body energy is drained through eyes, ears and mouth. One should limit the use of senses as this may cause massive depletion of energy from body. For example - Excessive talking dissipates lots of energy.
  • Visualizing nature in a calm and soothing environment. It helps to make you calm and quiet internally.
  • Positive thinking in mind enhances the feeling of well being and immunity.
  • Good Karma - According to Hinduism good karma, leads to good health and builds up energy levels in the body.
  • Practice relaxation techniques - Chronic stress suppresses the immune system. So, we should learn techniques to reduce stress. 
Lowering stress levels can help you to sleep more soundly and choose more nutritious foods. Sound sleep can provide more energy. Ayurveda's holistic approach can help you develop a lifestyle that is good for your body and your mind while supporting health and immunity.

Enhancing immunity at mental level 
  • Yoga - A basic relaxation in corpse pose, pranayama can help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and heart rate, reduce muscular tension, reduce fatigue, improve sleep and enhance immune response.
  • Meditating for short periods each day can significantly reduce anxiety and stress. Thus, improve your quality of life and immune function as well.
