SIGNIFICANCE OF RASAYANA (REJUVENATING TONICS)

Rasa in Sanskrit means essence or emotion and ayana means path. Hence, rasayana roughly translates to - The path of the essence. Rasa nourishes body, boosts immunity and helps to keep the body and mind in best of health.
Rasayanas are the rejuvenating tonics as mentioned in Ayurveda. They provide vital energy to our body. They are herbs which promote the circulation in the body and enable the vital essence to reach each and every cell of the body.
In the recent researches, it has been found that many leading diseases are caused by the insufficient levels of oxygen in the body.
